wowed! home staging

wowed! is one of the largest and most established home staging companies in the region. Over the years, we have been working with home owners, realtors and investors to stage thousands of properties of all sizes, styles and prices in Washington DC, Suburban MD (including Bethesda, Chevy Chase, Silver Spring, Rockville, Potomac and Kensington) and Northern VA.

Our mission is three-fold:

  • Minimize the dollars invested in preparing the home for sale.

  • Sell the home in the shortest period of time possible.

  • Maximize the sales price of the home.


Our wowed! team includes five professional stagers and two moving crews. We operate out of a 7000 square foot warehouse stocked with an extensive array of furniture and home decor. Our inventory is frequently updated with new and on-trend pieces in a variety of styles and colors.

Laura Zuckerman

about the owner

Laura Zuckerman is the owner of wowed!  A graduate of Georgetown Law School, Laura worked in the litigation department of a large New York City law firm and later a law enforcement oversight agency. Laura moved back to the DC area in 2000, becoming an equity partner in a start-up business intelligence firm, which was ultimately sold to a public company.  In 2006, Laura decided to follow her passion for real estate and design. She enrolled in Interior Design and Color Theory coursework and worked for a DC-based interior designer. Laura received her staging certification from Home Staging Resource, the first accredited home staging training program in the country.

We are a full-service home staging company. We own all of our furniture and home décor to make your listing shine. Our stagers are our employees, plus we have an experienced moving crew with two trucks on staff. By not outsourcing our furniture or labor, we maintain total control over the quality of our stagings and can provide exceptional client service for every job.


Each staging project requires hours of planning and hundreds of moving parts. We have developed time-tested processes to ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish. Using our depth of experience and expertise, we are able to complete jobs quickly, on time and on budget.


We know how to get our clients the most value for their investment by showcasing a home's unique features without breaking the bank. This includes offering 30-day-minimum contracts so clients don’t have to pay more than what they need.



We stage up to 15 homes per week which means we understand the psychology of buyers, we know design and decor trends, and we are attuned to the ever-changing real estate market.  We are not a furniture rental company nor do we get involved with designing homes or selling them. Our team is 100% laser focused on staging homes each and every day.



The vast majority of our clients are under contract before the end of the first month. Many homeowners receive multiple offers above their asking price.
